The Institute was founded on October 28th, 2006 by a group of scholars and experts from industry, government, academia, and research institutes in Taiwan who are passionate about disaster prevention and relief research and development, and are committed to promoting long-term research and development of disaster prevention and relief technology. At present, there are 187 individual members and 19 group members, and 55 seminars and nearly 60 lectures have been held to promote the promotion of disaster prevention and relief technology.
The Society's activities include the organization of general meetings, the review and publication of the Journal of Disaster Prevention and Relief Technology and Management, and the promotion of study tours to promote the exchange of domestic and international technology in disaster prevention.
Up to now, there are 23 group members and 189 individual members, including central, local, academic and industrial organizations. Welcome to join us to exchange ideas and explore new disaster management technologies and applications.
